Understand command permissions and role hierarchy.
Overview
Invoker permissions
Commands may require Manage Server, Manage Messages, Manage Roles, or Administrator. Some security actions require the server owner.
Bot permissions
Stained also needs the permissions for its action. Role operations require the target role to be below the bot’s highest role. Fake permissions do not alter this Discord restriction.
