Getting started
Stained is a public all-in-one Discord bot for moderation, security, tickets, music, Last.fm, automation and everyday server tools, so you don't need a stack of separate bots.
Yes. Anyone can invite Stained and its core features work as soon as it joins. Premium-only extras are kept separate under the ,premium commands.
Press Add to Discord anywhere on this site, pick a server where you have Manage Server, and approve the permissions. Then drag Stained's role above the roles you want it to manage.
The invite asks for Administrator so every feature works straight away. If you'd rather not, give it the permissions for the features you use, and keep its role above any role it should assign or remove.
The default prefix is a comma, like ,help. Change it for the whole server with ,prefix set or /prefix set, go back to the default with /prefix reset, or set one just for yourself with ,prefix self. Stained's hints always show your server's prefix.
Yes. Most commands also work as slash commands, like /prefix and /crypto. Type / in Discord and pick Stained to browse them. The full list is on the commands page.
Dashboard
Sign in with Discord on the dashboard, choose a server you own or are an antinuke admin in, and open any settings page. Saved changes reach the bot within a minute. You can also run ,setupdashboard in Discord to get the link.
The server owner and its antinuke admins. The owner adds someone with ,antinuke admin or on the dashboard's Antinuke page. Antinuke admins can change every section, antinuke protections included. Only the owner can change who the antinuke admins are.
Yes. The Dashboard audit page lists the last 150 saves with who made them, what changed, and the exact date, year and time.
Use ,disablecommand in Discord, or the Disabled commands page on the dashboard to turn a command off for the whole server, one channel, or one member.
Security
Antinuke watches risky actions like bans, kicks, channel and role deletes, webhooks and bot adds. If someone goes past the limit you set in the time window, Stained punishes them (strip roles, jail, kick or ban) and can undo what they did. Set it up with ,antinuke or on the dashboard's Antinuke page.
Run ,antinuke whitelist or /antinuke whitelist with the member or bot to let them skip the limits. The server owner and antinuke admins can whitelist. Only the owner can make someone an antinuke admin, with ,antinuke admin or /antinuke admin.
Fake permissions let you take dangerous permissions off a role and hand them out through Stained instead with ,fakepermissions add. Members can still use Stained's commands, but a hacked account can't use those permissions through Discord itself.
Moderation
Yes. ,antiraid catches mass joins, brand-new accounts and accounts with no avatar. On the dashboard's Join gate page you pick what happens to them: kick, ban, a timeout for as long as you like, jail, or just a log in the channel you choose.
On the dashboard's Message filters page, turn on the spam filter and pick the punishment: a timeout (anywhere from 1 minute to 28 days), a kick, a ban, or only a log. Pick a log channel and every catch is posted there too.
Five: a captcha in the server, a captcha in DMs, a quick math question, picking the emoji Stained names, or instant one-click verification. Set it up on the dashboard's Verification page or with ,verify setup.
If the member you ban, hardban, softban or kick is boosting the server, Stained asks first and shows Accept and Decline buttons, so nobody loses a booster by accident. Only the moderator who ran the command can answer, and no answer in 30 seconds cancels it.
It checks images posted in your server and removes ones that are clearly explicit. It only acts when it's confident, and it never punishes anyone for an image it couldn't check. Turn it on from the dashboard's NSFW filter page.
Music & fun
Join a voice channel and run something like ,play club paradise. Stained joins deafened and stays connected, so music keeps going for hours. Use ,queue and ,skip to manage what's next.
Run ,lastfm login or ,spotify login. Stained DMs you a link to approve, so turn on direct messages from server members first. Once connected, ,fm shows what you're listening to.
Yes. ,crypto price btc (or just ,btc) shows the live price with its 24h high, low and change. There's also ,crypto chart, ,crypto convert, ,crypto trending and ,crypto gas.
An admin runs ,roleplay on. After that, commands like ,hug and ,pat send an animated GIF straight away. Run ,roleplay off to turn them back off.
Help & premium
Check the usage on the commands page, that you have the permission it needs, that Stained's role is high enough, and that the command isn't disabled in that channel. If it still fails, ask in the support server.
Every command has a short cooldown per person: 3 seconds, or 5 seconds for AI commands. It applies to prefix and slash commands alike, and the message tells you exactly how long is left.
Check the status page. It shows every shard with its ping and refreshes on its own every 15 seconds.
Only what its features need, like your server's settings, levels, or a linked Last.fm username. The privacy policy has the details.
