Terms of Service

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements and be legally permitted to use the service. You are responsible for activity performed through your Discord account and for maintaining the security of accounts and permissions used with Stained.

Server owners and administrators are responsible for how Stained is configured and used in their communities, including moderation actions, automod rules, tickets, roles, permissions, logging, security settings, and other server-specific features.

You may not use Stained to violate law or Discord policies; harass, threaten, dox, defraud, or target others; distribute malware or unlawful material; facilitate spam or platform abuse; evade restrictions; interfere with Stained's infrastructure; scrape or overload the service; exploit vulnerabilities; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, data, or systems.

Stained provides tools such as moderation, automod, antinuke, anti-raid, permissions, logging, and server protection. These tools assist server administrators but cannot guarantee prevention of every raid, compromise, deletion, malicious action, or other loss. Administrators should maintain appropriate Discord permissions and security practices.

Backups save a server's roles, channels, emojis and stickers so they can be put back, and each one has a code that can load it into any server you run. Restoring brings back what's missing and resets what changed, and it's the server owner's or antinuke admin's decision to run it. Backups are provided as is. They can't bring back messages or who had which role, a restore may not finish or may not work in every server, and a backup can be lost. Stained isn't responsible for anything lost, changed or broken by a backup or a restore, whatever the cause, so keep your own records of anything you can't afford to lose. Keep your codes private: you're responsible for who you share them with, and for only loading backups you have the right to use.

Server owners can set a custom avatar, banner and bio for Stained in their server. These are monitored. Don't upload inappropriate, sexually explicit, hateful, graphic, gory or illegal content, or anything that impersonates someone else. A server that breaks this rule can be blacklisted from Stained.

You retain ownership of content you provide. You authorize Stained to access and process information as reasonably necessary to provide requested commands, enforce configured rules, operate security and moderation features, maintain the dashboard, and provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices in more detail.

Stained Premium can be bought for a Discord server by opening a ticket. Feature availability, limits, pricing and benefits may change. Any additional terms shown when you buy or activate a feature also apply.

Stained is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every server configuration, or error-free operation.

We may restrict, blacklist, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Stained, Discord users, our infrastructure, or other communities; address abuse or security risks; comply with law; or enforce these Terms. You may stop using Stained at any time by removing it and signing out of the dashboard.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stained is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for server configuration mistakes, actions taken by server staff, Discord outages or API changes, third-party services, or losses resulting from unauthorized access outside our reasonable control.

We may revise these Terms as Stained changes. The update timestamp at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
