Configure
Choose a destination channel, panel text, and ticket options in the dashboard. Publish the panel and use tickets resend when a live message needs replacement.
Verify
Open a test ticket and check that the requester, support roles, and bot can see the correct channel. Use the command reference below for the registered syntax.
